I found at this point - it was difficult to find the abusive user - the display shows the standard profil name, but the link used ( /user:info/Sofia Watson) was getting Sofia( a complete different poerson) and than
tied with Sofia-Watson ( capital letters) the user was not found.
I changed it to litle capitals and URL used Info..
