User has had negative history with the CI Wiki community (see here). Today, he has re-joined the site and promptly started spamming contentless pages with derogatory titles (see here). He's very annoying to deal with. Please do what you can.

Hi there, I'm an administrator on the CI wiki. Firstly, Cad the reason why when you selected remove and ban option on AlexTSB and it showed and error message was because I already removed and banned him. Also his username on my end does not appear on the members list when I access the admin panel. So it could just be a glitch? Cause I don't see him on the members list.
Also the user has deleted their account, hopefully he doesn't come back.

Please take of note. When I selected the 'Remove and Ban' option for the user, it was initially rejected (error message was something like "go to Wikidot.com team for a better error message") so I selected 'Remove' then blocked manually.
Between that, even though I have remove and banned him numerous times, his username still appears in the Members list of the site, and his sites profile. Can you look into this in case of future problems? Thank you.
