(account deleted) has a site called http://pjjchaneld1.wikidot.com in which the only perceivable content is this page, which seems to be some advertising/gibberish. Also the site name is 'sale'. Do what you will.

yes, but in the waiting status of the new-sites there are about 35.000 new one to have a view by one of te killer team … we are always behind ….. alone till last year there were 200.000 deleted by us..

Well, then it would be better if such sites were deleted asap. That way, we could maintain a reputation as a well-monitored and vigilant community.

but under "normal circumstances" such sites will be detected by the "automatic" spambot filter of the killer team some weeks later and be deleted..
